Our 60-day promise

We want you obsessed with your TYMELUX™. If something isn’t right, you have 60 days from delivery to sort it out with us. If your watch arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your call.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item? We cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — no ping-pong.

📮How to start a return

It takes two minutes:

  • Email help@tymelux.com with your order number.
  • Add a quick photo or video of the item (especially for damage or faults).
  • We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

Please don’t post anything back until we’ve confirmed the return address.

🔄Changed your mind?

Totally fine. Send it back within 60 days, unworn and in its original packaging with all links and parts included. For change-of-mind returns the return postage is covered by you. Once it’s back with us and checked, we’ll refund you.

💸Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method. You’ll usually see it within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank. Original shipping is non-refundable except where the item was faulty or we made a mistake.

🚫A few exceptions

  • Items damaged through misuse, drops, or water beyond the stated resistance aren’t covered.
  • Anything marked final sale at checkout can’t be returned for change of mind.
