📦Order processing
Every order is checked and packed with care, then dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
🌍Delivery times
We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. After dispatch, most parcels land in 7–14 business days. A few remote destinations can take a little longer.
🛰️Tracking your order
The moment your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can watch it travel to your door. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, email us and we’ll chase it.
🧾Customs & duties
On rare occasions, international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the customer’s responsibility.
📍Address & lost parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Just email help@tymelux.com.
⏳Delays
Busy sale periods, weather, and customs can occasionally add a few days. We’ll always help you track things down if something looks stuck.
