📦Order processing
Every order is checked and packed with care, then dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
🌍Delivery times
We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. After dispatch, orders to the US, UK, Canada, Australia & New Zealand typically land in 7–9 business days; the rest of the world takes 7–14 business days. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout.
🛰️Tracking your order
The moment your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can watch it travel to your door. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, email us and we’ll chase it.
🧾Customs & duties
On rare occasions, international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the customer’s responsibility.
📍Address & lost parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Just email help@tymelux.com.
